How To Get started?
Step 1: Complete client inquiry form
Step 2: Once the form is complete, I will reach out via email or phone to schedule a quick phone meeting.
Step 3: After phone meeting, I will begin researching destinations and travel details.
Step 4: You will receive a proposed itinerary/quotes for you to review. Usually, this process will take a little bit longer as we may go back and forth on decisions and pricing as well as itinerary.
Step 4: You will approve the “skeleton proposal” and I will begin booking accommodations and flights.
Step 5: I begin working on the “nitty gritty” of the trip including each day, tours, excursions, transportation, activities, dining recommendations, ect.
Step 6: We work together until travel departure to be sure everything is planned and ready to go! Email communication and helpful trip information will be sent out a week before departure.
Step 7: During your trip, I will be in contact with you while you are in destination and available to help when needed.
